Sainsbury's is carrying out one of the largest expansions of facial recognition surveillance in the country, according to privacy group Big Brother Watch. The campaign group warned that the use of the technology has very serious consequences for privacy rights. It is urging members of the public to use an online tool to tell the supermarket chain to stop spying.
